How to Overcome the Guilt of Cheating on your Partner

Guilt is an emotion or a feeling of shame that can make you disorderly, unfocused and disoriented, it is a way in which our conscience tells us,we are wrong. Some times no matter how hard you try to hide it, your partner can sense it, because it is written all over you and your actions.

To overcome this feeling of shame you must learn how to forgive yourself and move on," once a cheater is not always a cheater" don't nail yourself to the cross

If you are wrecked with guilt,  you have the option of telling your partner the wrong thing(s) you have done or not,
if your partner doesn't already know, sometimes its best you keep it to your self, because you will hurt them so much especially when you cant stand to see someone you love heartbroken, you will have to figure out a way to live with it and use your guilt constructively, and resolve that it wont happen again, and if you are true to your resolution, the guilt has truly served its purpose,
BUT if you cant live with the guilt and you want to come clean, you have
to be prepared for the worst, humbly go and seek your partners forgiveness
also make sure you examine the genesis of the problem and fix it, if you got drunk and cheated, you might want to reduce your alcohol intake when you are not with your partner, and if you were unhappy and bored with the relationship, you should spice up your relationship.
