Having Difficulty Sleeping?

Adults need 7-8 hrs sleep on the average, but Many people have difficulty sleeping for that length of time because, they wake up early and cannot get back to bed, this may be due to stress, anxiety, or depression and may leave you continually tired, irritable and unable to concentrate
physical symptoms such as pain, breathing problems and some medications can also disturb sleep

what you can do for your self

-Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, even if you are tired, try not to take afternoon naps during the day
-No heavy meals less than 3 hours before you go to bed

-Stop working at least an hour before bed time
-If you cant sleep within 30 mins, read a book, don't watch t.v
-If your head is buzzing with task for a new day keep a note pad by your bed and jot them down
-Reduce the number of hours you spend on social networks
-Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool, and your bed is comfortable as Noise, light, and heat can cause sleeplessness

-Combine sex and sleep. Sex and physical intimacy, such as hugging and massage, can lead to restful sleep.
